The party responsible for your data is TurquaMed, operating from Istanbul, Türkiye. You can contact us about any privacy matter at [email protected]; requests are actioned from the moment they reach that address.

Our registered trading name, address and company registration details will be published on this page once company formation is complete.

What data we collect

When you complete the quote form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the following:

• Contact details: full name, email address, phone number, country
• Health information: the treatment you are interested in, any details in your message, and the dental photos or X-rays you send
• Technical information: which channel you arrived from (for example Instagram, Google), the page you first landed on, the page where you completed the form, your number of visits, browser information and country code

No credit card or payment information is collected through this website.

Why we process your data

• To assess your treatment request and prepare a personal treatment plan and quote — legal basis: your explicit consent
• To contact you and answer your questions — legal basis: your consent and legitimate interest
• To plan your trip: hotel, transfers and appointments — legal basis: performance of a contract
• To measure which marketing channel works — legal basis: legitimate interest (no identifying data is used for this purpose)

Who we share your data with

To prepare your treatment plan, your contact and health information is shared with our partner clinic. The identity of the clinic is disclosed to you when we make contact and prepare your quote. Your name is shared with the hotel and transport provider only to the extent needed for accommodation and transfers.

In addition, technical providers process data on our behalf: website hosting and database (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend) and site usage statistics (Google Analytics). Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for advertising.

As your treatment takes place in Türkiye, your data is transferred there. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this transfer is based on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.

How long we keep your data

Requests that do not lead to treatment are kept for no longer than 12 months and then deleted. Where treatment has taken place, we follow the retention periods required by healthcare regulations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• To learn what data we hold about you and request a copy
• To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• To request deletion of your data
• To restrict or object to processing
• To withdraw your consent at any time
• To receive your data in a structured format (data portability)
• To lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, simply email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days at the latest. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Cookies

Technical data required for the site to work is stored in your browser, including information about which channel you arrived from. This data stays in your browser and is sent to us only when you submit the form.

We use Google Analytics for site usage statistics. Analytics cookies only run after you give consent; until then no such cookies are created. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect statistics collected up to that point, but no new data is collected afterwards.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top is updated accordingly.
