The moment you land

We take your flight details in advance, so someone is waiting at arrivals with a sign showing your name. If your flight is delayed we track it — the pickup simply shifts, with no extra charge.

Both of Istanbul’s airports (Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen) are covered. Which side of the city you land on can affect the choice of hotel, and we discuss that while your dates are being fixed.

Where you will stay

You stay in hotels close to the clinic, with breakfast included. Proximity is not about comfort here but practicality: treatment days can involve more than one trip, and time spent in traffic is tiring.

You see the hotel name, its location and the room type in writing with your quote — before anything is confirmed. If you have a preferred district, or a place you have stayed before, tell us and we build the plan around it.

Getting around the city

Every trip between your hotel and the clinic is by private car. Your driver is at the hotel in time for your appointment, and takes you back once you are done. You never need public transport or a ride-hailing app.

If you would rather explore on your own, you are of course free to — your coordinator will explain how to get where you want to go. Only private car requests outside the plan carry an extra cost.

If someone comes with you

Rooms are booked as doubles, so one companion usually adds no accommodation cost, and you travel in the same vehicle. If more than two people are coming, or a separate room is wanted, the difference is stated plainly in your quote.

For treatments involving surgery we suggest having someone with you. It is not required — patients who come alone manage the process without difficulty, and your coordinator is with you in any case.

The hotel, the room type, the number of transfers and any companion difference are itemised in your quote. You see all of it in writing before you pay anything.
